1917 Smith & Wesson Contract Pistol, for a British officer in WW1. British officers were required to purchase their own sidearms, in .477 Webley caliber. This is a prime example, and has arsenal markings implying the revolver saw significant use.
A variation of the .44 S&W Hand Ejector 2nd Model, chambered in .455 Eley/Webley for British and Canadian forces during WWI.
Comes with 6 rounds of .477 and a period correct web belt holster.
