Blind is 4ft. x 4ft. with tall ceiling height.  Blind was totally refurbished prior to last year's hunting season.  Refurbishment included items such as new roof and floor, new swing sash windows and RV style locking door, interior fully insulated, exterior fully covered with aluminum siding and paint.  Exterior paint does currently need touch-up.  Blind has removable ladder to prevent access during off-season.  Tower legs are structurally sound and the height is 12ft. to the bottom of the windows.
